My name is Kia Duras-Carter and I've been a California State Board Licensed Esthetician since 2012. I specialize in corrective skin care with an emphasis on acne, anti-aging, and pigmentation. My experience stems from working at Studio Abasi in Berkeley, Ca under the mentorship of owner and successful Acne Specialist Shannon Carter-Gascon. We treated adult and teen acne with a 95% success rate. As a person who developed acne at age 13 I have first hand experience of the emotional toll acne can take on one's self esteem. My battle with acne drives my passion for helping others.
